They handled it very quick with no argument. I packed up the room as my husband went down to the lobby to get a new one. At 1 AM it was clear this was going to happen all night. We kept hoping it would stop, but we quickly realized it was the elevator. Right as we start to try to fall asleep the wall behind our bed is shaking every few minutes with loud rattling.

The room was super hot because even though the AC ran all afternoon, they really are not meant to cool much. On our first night we went to bed with an early conference in the morning. The casino is an average casino, but the food court is actually really good. Our first impression was the room was clean and quite nice for the cost.
